Description
Grow
Trailing mix; single flowers in differing shades of yellow, orange and red. The leaves and flowers are edible – they have a mustardy cress-like taste and provide a pretty culinary addition to any salad. Planted at the foot of fruit trees they help keep aphids away. Attract bees. The young, green fruit pods can be pickled in vinegar in the place of capers.
Advice: For better germination refrigerate at 5 °C for 5 days prior to sowing.
