A small cucumber-like climber, with the finest small fruits that look like a thing between melon and cucumber. It also has many nicknames: jungle cucumber, mouse melon, cuca melon … The plant is quite easy to grow – if you have a good warm place in the garden or a greenhouse. Precultivation indoors and transplant when warm – mid-June.
Plant out in cloudy weather and cover them if necessary – don’t let them get sunburned. Tiny Mexican cucumber requires support, as it climbs upwards – it grows 3-4 meters and likes to grow up a string or branch.
