Coriander is often used as young plants where they are harvested in bouquets as green soda in soups, for meat dishes. If you stand the plant it grows 70-80 cm tall and gives good green leaf shoots throughout the summer. That way you get both the joy of leaves and later the little white flowers in eg. salads. Or they encountered seeds for pickled beets. The green frying is delicious as topping lettuce and soup. The plant prefers a light, loose soil.
