Description
Aniseed is great for making tea, both as fresh leaves or for winter storage when dried. The leaves are full of mint-licorice taste and aroma. The plant is a perennial and grows and blooms beautifully in the garden from July / August to autumn, with blue-purple flowers. The bees and other insects love it and so do I!
